The House has now adjourned from the second day of the 2018 Fiscal Session. This afternoon, the House passed HB1002 with a vote of 94-0. HB1002 is the general appropriation act that must be passed before we can proceed with any further legislation.
Meanwhile, the Joint Budget Committee advanced 20 reappropriation bills for various agencies this morning. Many of these bills will be discussed and brought for a vote on the House floor on Wednesday.
